This information is displayed when changing Held Email Recipient details - Option 2 from the WRKHLDQ command.

Entries

Recipient Email address

The email address that you wish to send your group of email to.

Recipient Name

The name of the email recipient.

Note: If you don’t wish to release the email at the same time as changing the recipient then press F10 and then you can select Option 6 to release the email(s) when you are ready.

Function Keys

F12=Cancel	Cancels the Work with Held email update.
F10=Confirm	To confirm the change to the Recipient email details for the group. You can then manually release the email later using Option 6 from the previous screen.
F20=Confirm and Release	To confirm the change to the Recipient email details and also release the email(s) on the Cobwebb Queue.
