From v7.0.00 - This is a Standard Exit program which will allow you to validate a file path.
Notes:
•If the file does not exist then *ERROR is returned in PARM1.
•If your file resides in QNTC i.e. outside the IFS, then you will need to specify a User Id in PARM6 that has been configured to access QNTC. *ERROR will be returned in PARM1 if you specify an invalid User Id and a message written to the joblog.
